Picking Up Men In Uniform: Double Dutch Treat

I think the appropriate response to Gay Guy's last post is to ask the question: "What do men in uniform love?" I've found the answer, and it's not what you think.

Here are the King's Firecrackers, an Ohio-based, all-girls, jumprope squad. Watch and enjoy as the plebes and midshipmen of the US Naval Academy completely lose their cool!

Gay Guy, forget about modern interpretive dance, this is entertainment.

OMG. How old are these little girls? I'm thinking 8th or 9th grade, tops. These are little girls!
At first, I thought, "How lame." Then as I watched I thought, "Wow...they're GOOD. Nice moves." Now, I'm exhausted. What, exactly would they put on their resumes for this, do you think?

SG, I don't click on every weird thing you post, but I'm glad I opened this one. I'm with Kathryn - I'm tired and my knees really hurt.

I am glad the Navy dudes recognized the young women as the athletes they are.

If that had been me out there with a jump rope, heads would have been separated from bodies faster and more effectively than a guillotine.

Wow. Firecrackers is right. They are jumping ropes wile laying on their backs and I have trouble getting out of bed some days.

They were great!!! Who ever came up with choreographed jump roping? It's really fun to watch.
Thanks,

I think they range from elementary to high school in age. But dang, you have to respect the dedication, creativity, work ethic, and athleticism of the thing.

Let's put them to work on the health care crisis, and we'll be done in a week. And who could possibly argue with them?
