Straight Guy ('s personal) Hall of Shame: Pontiac Parisienne
Hello, Ladies. And other readers, of course.
Like my ride (circa 1985)? Thanks, Mom and Dad.
Yes, I took a girl to the prom in one of these. Sweet kid. She never complained. But I never got lucky. Not even in the "back back." And I'm referring to the rear-facing third row seat, you sickos.

Oh,man up, SG. I had to drive a little Volare station wagon - not even a big, long, manly wagon. Size matters.
I had a toyota corolla hatch back as my 1st - no lucky dates though!
What could be worse than a lime green mercury comet. I know. It was horrifying.
My parents owned the Chevy version of that bad boy...thankfully it was long gone by the time I got my license.
THIS was my high school ride. Nothing says style like baby sh#t brown and AM only radio.

I don't feel quite so bad for driving an Oldsmobile now. Not that I don't love my car, but hey.
Thanks for clarifying that you're no Backdoor Santa. I have no idea what that means.
I totally want that car! My goal is to go from cool mom (my oldest is in 1st grade, so I'm still up there) to totally lame mom who embarasses her boys every time she walks out. I'm sure it won't take much practice. lol
Oh, SG. You wouldn't have known what to do with it if you'd gotten it.
I learned to drive on a car like that. And got into my first accident in it.
It was a freakin' tank...
It`s really nice article. Thank u a lot
